In conjunction with
BMP FOR DRYLAND CROPPING SYSTEMS
&
HEALTHY SOILS, HEALTHY LANDSCAPES
Presents
An opportunity for farmers and consultants to update their skills in soil water measurement and management in dryland cropping systems.

Some of these decisions are straight forward, but others are difficult and can prove costly if things go wrong. At the end of this soil water workshop you will have learnt some of the theory that can practically assist you in the management of your soils and soil water; and been exposed to a number of tools that will enable you to undertake your own assessment of soil characteristics and availability of soil water.
The soil water program comprises a one day workshop covering the following topics:
The workshops will be hands-on requiring participants to be involved in field activities and in discussion and interaction on the various topics.

Tue 26th June – ‘Raywood’, Rannock Rd, COOLAMON; 9am – 4pm
Wed 27th June – ‘Yarrawah’, Hendersons Rd, TOOTOOL; 9am – 4pm
